Design and production of men's and women's t-shirts for the Thyssen-Bornemisza Foundation, inspired by Lucio Fontana's painting "Venice was all about gold", which belongs to his collection.

The most characteristic element in Lucio Fontana's work is the action of cutting or perforating the canvas. I have created these t-shirts with the intention of suggesting the tear that results from this action.

The one with the black line is almost a trompe l´oeil. The material used in the printing is thermo-transferable velvet, which achieves a finish as matt, deep and black as possible.

The other model with a golden line refers to the title,  the golden paint and at the same time to the cut present in the painting.
